Israeli third-tier side Sektzia Nes Tziona have completed the signing of Gambia and former Wallidan midfielder Modou Lamin Manneh.
During the summer, Mola, as fondly called, left the shores of Senegal where he was with Saint-Louis-based side ASC Linguère for trials with different clubs in Israel before finally finding a home in the city of Ness Ziona.
Reports confirmed on Friday that the former Wallidan player signed a two-year contract with Sektzia saying. “It’s a new chapter and a new challenge but all I can assure the fans is that I can keep working hard to reach the target.”
Mola has appeared 17 times for Linguère, scoring five and providing seven assists.
He joins the rest of his compatriots in Israel who are also playing in the lower leagues of Israeli league football.
